All CommercialLeads.net commercial mortgage leads are exclusive for customers who pre-fund their accounts ($2500.00 and up) and up to 5x for BGP clients. Many borrowers shop for rates and terms and may apply through more than one venue which would not be covered.

Commercial Mortgage Leads are generated through our network of industry partners as well as a full marketing mix including, trade shows Online and offline marketing and more. Once a lead is acquired we verify before uploading.

3. What is the Guarantee?
We believe that exceptional quality is what you deserve. Therefore for Pre-Fund Customers any Commercial Mortgage lead that cannot be contacted due to bad contact information, is not in accordance with the filters required by you, cannot be reached within a 7 day period or signed with another lender will be replaced instantly (depending on program level for pre-fund customers).

5. How much do you charge for additional preferences?
No charge for additional preferences/ filters. Through our automated system you have the ability to alter your preferences at any time to increase or decrease your lead flow.

6. Will there be a price increase after my inital investment?
If you are a pre-fund program customer your inital per lead price is grandfathered in for 1 year. There will be no price increase for 1 year from the date of purchase.

7. How soon will I receive my leads?
Same Day Activation for wire transfer clients and 3-5 business days for clients who prefer to pay by check and 2nd business day for credit card payments. Once activated you can start viewing and downloading leads. You can take your leads as fast or slow as you like. Most clients like to cherry pick and therefore take up to 3-4 months to complete the first order.

8. Can I pick and choose which leads I want to download?
You are able to view all leads before download so that you can focus on the specific type of prospects that meet your underwriting guidelines.
